Okha is an all weather Port with direct berthing facilities. It is situated on the northwest coast of Saurashtra Peninsula, at the mouth of the Gulf of Kutch on the west coast of India.
- Current port capacity: 1.8 mln tonnes;
- Trade estimate 2010: 1.8 mln tonnes

- MHWS – 3.50 meters
- MHWN – 3.00 meters
- MLWS – 1.20 meters
- MLWN – 0.40 meters
- MSL – 2.00 meters
- Latitude : 22° 28' N
- Longitude : 60° 05' E
- Charts : Indian Naval Hydrographic 2013 and 2031
- Anchorage : Road stead anchorage is 2.4 kms. Offshoe. Vessel upto 9 Meters draft and of any Length can call.
- Communicatoin : Okha Port by VHF Channel 10, 12, 14 n 16.

- Monsoon : 15th May to 15th Sept.
- The pilot Officer boards the vessel outside the harbour about 2 kms north northwestward of Samiani Light Tower. The vessel should make her position approximately at Latitude 22 30’ 30” N and Longitude 69 04’ 6” E to pick up the pilot or wait in the vicinity of this position.
